滲漏報警器是用于油浸式電力變壓器用復(fù)合管式水冷卻器出現(xiàn)滲漏故障時發(fā)出報警信號的裝置。

4.結(jié)構(gòu)特點和工作方式
4.Structurecharacteristicandworkprinciple
4.1.本品由法蘭、殼體、浮筒、永久磁鐵、隔板、干簧接點開關(guān)、接線盒等組合而成。參見圖1。

4.2.當冷卻器出現(xiàn)滲漏時，滲漏的液體流到殼體中，當滲漏的液體達到一定容量時，浮筒上升并推動永久磁鐵上升，使干簧接點開關(guān)動作發(fā)出報警信號。
4.3.Theliquidofseepageflowsintotheshellaspectwhenthechilleroccurstheseepage,andwhenliquidwhentheseepageachievesthefixedcapacity,thefloatmovesupwardanddrivesthepermanentmagnetmovingupward,andmakesfutilelyreedcontactopenclosetheactionandissuethealarmInstallation.

5.2.滲漏報警器應(yīng)安裝在復(fù)合管式水冷卻器的水管和油管之間的空腔的下部，如此可使水管滲漏的水和/或油管滲漏的油能順利地流到滲漏報警器中。
5.2.Theseepageenunciatorshouldbeinstalledinthemultiple-unittubetypewater-coolingbutlowerpartofcavitybetweenthewaterpipeandtheoilpipeofware,andcanmakesotheoilofthewaterofwaterpipeseepageand/oroilpipeseepagecanflowintotheseepageenunciatorsmoothly.
